Roger it would be easier for you to cross at Queenston then take the Robert Moses PKWY to NIagara Fals Blvd ( #62 ) right into Tonawanda. Military Rd is one of the main roads and goes through many little villages on towns so you will have to ask once you get into Tonawanda
