Hi Ron,

Seems like a very busy weekend for you, but it sure looks like a lot of fun.

Today, I am trying "beer-can" chicken for the first time. It was on for about 4.5 hours at 225 deg using pecan wood. It is resting as I type.

For tomorrow, I'm smoking an eye-of-the-round roast thats been brining since Friday afternoon. I'll probably use oak for that one.

After that, on Tuesday, its up to the cottage for a week of R&R. Might even catch a fish or two!
