AIC FUNDS has hired me to just cook up some burgers and dogs for them, what a coincidence eh....

What are you going to be cooking?

I have the cooker loaded up with 24 butts as I type, its for a delivery to the Halton Navel Vets on Saturday, I`m doing them now because I have a my last booked gig for Saturday night and was unable to cook on site for the Navy Club....
I`m actually looking forward to parking the cooker for the season, its been a long busy summer that actually started in February (remember Mike)...LOL

on little thing Peter....are you aware that the conservation authority requires caterers to hold liability insurance before they will allow us to cook there.

I just found that out myself the other week.......they also want 10% of your payday as well....when my customer notified me of that 10% crap, I said I was NOT going to conform to that and I would gladly send her deposit back in the event that she wanted to find someone who would.........
