Mop,
Paul Kirk and I both ate at camp 31 and to be honest, we were not impressed. I thought it sucked in my personal opinion. I've eaten bbq all over the USA, and Camp 31 was far down in the bottom half of the rankings of the BBQ's I've eaten at. I'll make it a point to never eat there again! :-( Oh well, different people, different tastes!
Sorry you won't be at the Dinosaur....
