Hi There:

Can't say you will find real cheap meat, but Loblaws has great side ribs on sale & a place called Global meats on Signet road ( Finch & Hyw 400 area )has a walk in frige that you can go into & pick your pork shoulders & whatever you need & the price is not to bad.
