interesed in your bbq day. new 2 smoking but having goood results so far.Allready done a whole suckling pig,(yea baby)ribs ,chops , chicken, but am wondering what type of meat?you are doing for cook off?Do i bring my owne? I am in the planning stages of a charity bbq.myself and could use a little input.Looks like we will maby have a whole pig and a rib,turkey,and home made sausage buffet.(potatoe saled ets.onthe side judging 2 maby)Weare going to ask for sponsors to help with this event and use that money to buy the food to be cooked Any way i am in Windsor,have a brother in Oshawa,and may like to come down and enter for the FUN OF IT or just get some ideas.O yea,I do have 2 New Braunfels AmericanGourmet Deluxe smokers and 1 big brother(or sister?).If you could send me any info I would love it,and any advice on my venture,I would O YOU A BIG BEER.
