Brisket I had was point only, weighed about 4 lbs. On at 11:30 am and done at 6:30 after cooking all day at 250 or so. Pulled at 188 and it sliced nicely; best flavour yet for me with brisket. Let me round up that buttery brisket baste and will email you with it.
