Hello, just thought I would mention tomorrows menu for my youngest sons first communion (Shawn)

2 nine pound butts rubbed genorously with Dizzy Pig Rub
3 Southern Style sauces: Memphis Magic, Carolina Red and a Mustard based sauce.
Barbecue Baked Beans(made from scratch)
Cheesy Potatoe Casserole
Oven baked country ham
Potato Salad
Broccoli Salad
Caesar Salad
Crab Dip
Cheese,pickle, kielbossa, veggie tray
Crown Royal Rye
Lambs Palm Breeze Rum
Coors Lite
Labatts 50
Jack Daniels
