Subject: Barry's 1st Cook

Well for everyone's information, Barry's 1st cook was a success. Pork butt and side ribs, smoke-cooked with POPLAR. If there is anyone out there that can tell me that poplar is no good for smoking, they should have been to Barry's. There were no left overs, except a pile of bones. I for one will be using seasoned poplar in the future. Anyway, what did everyone else cook for the long weekend?
