Subject: Leafs/Canes Game 4 Menu

Okay, game 3 I did up homemade mac and cheese with homesmoked provolone. Good carb load for the duration, but maybe the cheese 'bound up' the Leafs in overtime. Tonight I'm going straight protein with 1.5" thick top sirloins with a kick of (shameless self-promotion alert!) Dizzy Pig's Cow Lick steak rub for added zip! Thinking that should spark the Leafs on to victory tonight! May need another trip to the In-N-Out for more beer, but beyond that, let the game begin!!
What ch'all cookin? Lovely nite for a que (and Leaf victory!)
