Ok Mike, you went with a sear and a 300º cook temp and took 2-2.5 hours,,,,,,I`m at a solid 250º with NO sear so I should be looking at a time right between you and reg, say in the 3-3.5 hour range for a 160 internal...

Sounds good, time to cut the lawn while the roast is on, its been on for a half hour or so....
