Subject: BBQ ride

well since the Paris BBQ competition is less than a week away and my trailer Q has less than a few miles on it i thought i'd take it for a ride to check and make sure everything was ok. nothing like waiting to the last minute. it towed real well and everthing seems in order.

this morning its back to work for the big black iron, cold smoking a case of assorted cheese over apple.
