My mouth is watering reading your post. I did 4 CAB eyes on the weekend. The 2 on Sunday were for a bunch of bikers. Sure glad they turned out OK! LOL
I didn't brine, Just rubbed and layed on Mikes baste every time I turned and moved them around. Total cook time was 8 hours to final internal of 155 on apple and maple mix.
Johnny, if I may ask, what is Costco's price for that cut?
Qfan, thanks for your input on the beef ribs. I did them in the hottest spots I could find in my pit, with the probes reading 210, I would guess 220 or 225. 6 hour cook time and they were juicy. A bit too fat for my personal taste but I still choked down a couple of leftovers.
