Howdy Reg The probe I am having trouble with is acting up when it gets to about 250* and then the display shows that it has gone over the maximum temp which is 392* The resistance value is a measure of resistance measured in ohms. To explain in simple terms it is a measurement of how easily electrical current flows through something.
