Subject: Valentine's Day Dinner

Well, folks. We are certainly a group of relatively skilled cooks here, and let's face it, the biggest perk of being handy in the kitchen is impressing the opposite sex, right? Valentine's day is the perfect opportunity to shine!

Are any of you planning any special meals tonight? I will be making a chateaubriand with bearnaise sauce, Ceasar salad from scratch, and garlic mashed potatoes along with a bottle of Ruffino Classico and Creme Caramel for dessert. I'm hoping the brownie points should carry me through until the spring! LOL.
