boy and girls i missed the chatter box last night and want to know if you people said anything bad about me lol . back acting up again and i was flat for the entire night . its much better today though .

anyway yesterday i made up a cure (brine) and just put in a fresh pork leg in it(shank portion). injected the bone from both ends and sides and hopefully on the 16th i'll be smoking this thing, now called a ham. my sister and brother-in-law are coming in from Nakina for 10 days and it should get pretty crazy around here . reg
