BTW, I experimented with fries a couple weeks ago. I cut them thin and mixed a little bit of onion powder into some flour (maybe a tbs or two) into a bowl and tossed the cut potatoes in there before frying. Turned out good. I guess you could put your own choice of spices in there as well. I'm going to do this again this afternoon as side for the wings.
