Subject: T'was The Night Before Christmas

T'was the night before Christmas,
and out in the shed.
The firebox was glowing,
with coals that were red.
The Brisket was prepped,
with Mustard and spice.
The beer was a chillin',
with 2 dozen on ice.
The meat was placed,
on the grill with such care.
While plumes of oak smoke,
Flavoured the air.

All right, there's my lot of bad poetry for the year. Everyone feel free to add to this Christmas story and we'll see how it ends !!

I'd just like to say how much fun it has been getting to know you fellas on the board, and am looking forward to taking a more active part next year.
