The meeting went from 10:00 to 3:00 plus about another 2 hours afterwards of further disscussions on rules.
There was a lot of topics covered, but the highlites were
Incorporation (in progress)
Grants to the CBSA
Newsletter (new articals)
New web pages
Promotional ideas
Sponsors
Advertisors
A lot of time spent on rules and the forming of a rules committee

It was a good meeting with some long discussions on some of the topics but I think we accomplished a lot, there was a lot of time spent making sure the CBSA was going in the right direction.
