Heck, then let's reschedule for sometime in March, you guys pick the date. If I had seen the news about this weekends get together before tonight, you might have a a south of the border guest. I'll be tied up the rest of Feb in Texas cooking at the Houston Rodeo and then doing the NBBQA show 2 weeks later. What are Dave Klose and I going to be doing for those 2 weeks? I keep mentioning Marti Gras for right after the Rodeo..........but we will soon see.
I'll be bringing my new pit home from Houston.
If anybody is free, I'll be hosting a Paul Kirk class on May 4th here in NY State.
