Hi Guys, all is well at Mop`s shack!.....just been trying to keep everything in check!

The job went well Reg, 52 people, one 86 pound pig, two HUGE trays of BBQ baked beans, potatoe salad and all we were left with was 2 to 3 pounds of pulled pork.....some people came back 3 and 4 times.....it was fun....

I have a cater to do for 75 in St George on the 29th....someone`s 40th B-Day party....should be fun..

Reg, I really think you should run that pick-up of yours through that store window to get that WSM.....I mean after all, you bought the Green paint for it, I`m sure you want to get that on there,,,,hahahahahahahaha..
