Subject: got the urge

well at 7:30 this morn i got the urge to use the new WSM . started the coals at 8:30 then waddled over to A&P at 9:00 and got a 4.5 lb picnic . rubbed and had it on at 9:30 . certainly not use to a cooker holding at 240 for this long
although its a perfect day for cooking outside . hope to eat around 6 or so . by the looking at the amount of charcoal left unburnt , probably use about 1/2 ring full . wonder what the rest of the family is going to eat tonite lol . reg
