It went real well Reg, there was supposed to be between 60 to 75 people, turns out there had to be close to 90, all went well,

It was a little scary Saturday morn though, I had made up two big trays for beans for the job and woke to one of the trays laying down on the bottom of the fridge in a pile of broken glass.....the lower glass shelf broke and the one tray had to be thrown out JUST IN CASE there might have been some glass in it...

Anyways I quickly made a new batch with the help of Heinz, mixed it all together with the other tray I had and all was ok...phwew. I was freaking for a while I`ll tell you...

JoAnne came out and did the job with me........we arrived and put the hog on at noon, The hog was done at 6-6:30 but she asked us to hold it off til 7:00....we did and had it all served up without a hitch.....
