Good Morning Barbecue World.
As most of you know the Swine Fellows are about to imbark on what has become our annual trip south. We have been working all week getting things ready, menu, food lists, display, etc. We pick up the motorhome Monday and start packing it so we are ready to go on Tuesday at 6:00 pm. Then it's a 15 hour drive right through to lynchburg, (if we don't have to much trouble at the border) We haven't even left yet and we've picked up our first hitch hiker...LOL Qfan has agreed to loan us his expertize, but I think he is really just coming along for the party...LOL There will be 7 of us in a 31' motorhome for the ride down and back, we'll be bbq'in chicken on Wed., ribs on Thurs. Jack Daniel's bbq's supper on Fri. and left over competition meat's on Sat. And not to forget lots of beeeer the whole week. It's a long hard week but someone has to do it... Bruce
