Hey Mop i'm a seasoned bbq'er, never have a thick head..LOL The bbq went well Reg no problems at all about 75-Adults and 15 kids. Fired up at 3:00 am. Then put the hog on at 4:00,cracked the keg at 4:05. Hell it's good to be barbecue'ing again......LOL. Turned out well, everyone loved it. Done at 3:00, carved and served at 4:30. yummmmy GOOD! .....Bruce
