Not too hot to Q but certainly too hot to cold smoke. Idle, my WSM reads about 150 during the day. It sits smack in the sun. I have nowhere else to put it in my yard. I'm dying to make montreal smoke meat. I guess it'll have to wait until the fall, unless I keep feeding ice cubes in the water pan. lol. Meanwhile I'll smoke my first salmon this weekend and since there's no Alder to be found in this town, I'll try my luck with cherry and one or two small pecans.
Good Q-ing to all!
