Hi Earl,

I went to Nella Cutlery and picked up a few bags of briquettes. They've upped the price to $8 a bag unless you buy 20 or more. I only have a small wagon and figure that 8 bags should do me for a while !

The first burn/cure is going on now until around 9:00. It's driving the neighbour nuts! He figures that if it smell good empty, it must smell great with food. I added a few small logs of apple just as a teaser !
