Any Chileheads out There ??

Good Morning to all!

I know that we all share a passion for BBQ (and probably beer too !!!), but I was just wondering if there are any chileheads out there ?? BBQ and heat just seem a natural combination.

Do you prefer it sweet and smoky, or hotter than Hades ??

Anyways, the first cure of my new smoker went off without a hitch, and got to learn the temperature controls fairly quickly. Gotta do a couple of briskets this weekend to Christen it. Maybe I'll do some ribs on the electric for backup! The food never goes to waste !!!!!!!!!
