As you probably know by now, I'm planning on coming up to Brantford for the 21st cookoff. If all goes well and I can make it, I'll be arriving on the Friday with supper for the crew: A full brisket from Shwartz (they've dropped the apostrophe) with a couple loaves of rye bread. Make sure there'll be mustard and pickles on hand and some kind of big pot so we can steam that baby for a couple of hours before slicing. Then you guys decide if it's best to have it on Friday or on Saturday depending on what day is turning-in day which I don't know.
Now, if you want, I can see if I can get an extra pound on the side for you to take home if you wish. Just let me know.
