bbqbob: Everyone's off working on their top-secret recipes for next weekend! Cooking up a couple big slabs of side ribs as I type; just off and running with a nice bit of hickory smoke floating out of the Egg. Not sure, but I think Earl is our rib man this time around, as I'm sure you heard about Reg's prior commitment (or was it the alcohol ban that scared him off?!) Not sure how we'll do; I didn't recognize many faces from the judging course pictures, but I'm told that, in group shot, left to right it's: Bruce's cousin Dave, sister in law Eileen, Uncle Bert, Aunt Ethel, Wayne's sister Margaret and brother in law Steve. I think we're in troouuubbblllle!! LOL
