Subject: What's That Smell in Etobicoke ??

Good Morning all...

Jeez, it feels good to finally get a week off work ! The time is here to give the Brinkmann a serious workout. I figure after trying out brisket, ribs , and chicken, Today's experiment (dinner) will be smoked shoulder and sausages. Maybe try maple as the wood of the day.

So if you're in the 427/Islington area in T.O. and see billowing clouds of smoke... fear not, it's just me cookin'!
Follow your nose... there might be leftovers !! LOL
