G'day all,

Seem like such a nice day to fire up the 'cue !!
Anybody cooking anything special ?
I'm feeling a little run-down today (strep throat I think), so I'm just doing a small scale smoke. Just 3 measly racks of back ribs with smashed taters and corn.

Hope everyone has had a good weekend, and pray Monday doesn't sneak up too fast !!!! LOL
