Hey JohnyM,Ive smoked wings a couple of times before, but they were already in a marinade made by my local butcher. Wanted to try my own recipe. Used Louisiana Hot Sauce mixed with water for the marinade overnite. Cooked at 220 for 2 hours with hickory. Used favorite bbq sauce on the side. Spicey but not too hot, I cant take the heat no more. Tasted good...bbbrown
