Ron: Sounds like you have the Mexican/Que hybrid thing down! I like the adobo sauce that chipotles are packed in; is what you're talking about making from scratch along the same lines? I see anchoes instead of the smoked jalapenos; does this make it a bit milder? It sounds terrific, the entire meal!
