Tell me about it. They even have a board for beginners like me. BTW, I had to fly in and out of Toronto today. I made sure to book my return flight later so I could drop in at Sobies. Malcolm Sobie is a very nice guy. He's actually from Montreal believe it or not. He gave me a few tips. I bought that book u mentioned "Smoke and Spices". I also bought Cherry chunks, Pecan chunks and Malcolm recommended I try Rosemary roots, all stuff that can't be found in this fair city. They have transparent plastic handle bags in that store. There I am logging two bags full of wood chunks through the airport. You should have seen people's faces looking at me. LOL
The stewardess in the plane invited herself over for Sunday's smoke...
