you know im just sitting here thinking what is the best thing i ever cooked on a smoker . just finished the last of the shoulder i did on the weekend and i gotta tell you , was it good . i think it was the best item i ever done , ...... or was it the ribs , ah .... no think it might be the chicken last week . you know it probably was the turkey a while back . i find this hobby so dam confusing ! better go get a beer and try to sort things out . lol . gotta love this weather for outdoor sports . reg
