well yes, if you want to be completist about it, these are the instruments, real or otherwise, i have played with in the band:

cardboard guitar
wire/paper guitar (acoustic style)
lentils in plastic carton
chickpeas in same
maracas
shakers
bodhran
melodica
harmonicas in G, A and C
long plastic corrugated tube
bird call
kazoo
hanna-barbera sound effect
those party things you blow into, forget what they're called
