I saw on telly on a fanny craddock program, and one of her recipies which involved turning an egg blue with food colouring then smothering it with mayonaise. So if egg's are possible to change colour, then there must be other possibilities with bananas. though a banana would change to green wouldn't it? you'd have to bleach it first.
