Subject: acoustic gig in july

yo! the seven inches will be doing their acoustic action at the following gig...

automated alice presents...

Sunday 27th July
The Cardigan Arms
£3
8pm
Jeff Greene of The Butterflies of Love
Horton Parks
The Seven Inches go acoustic (TBC)

You may remember the butterflies of love from their gigs they played in Leeds last year, they are "the tallest, skinniest band in America. They are also the best new band in America." according to melody maker and get compared to early REM, Galaxie 500 and The Go-Betweens.

Horton Parks is one man Dan Austin and his friends. Straight outta leeds he is, but a love of the wild west and Jonny Cash is evident. He has a record out on Squirrel Records at some point soon too.

Leeds' indie pop favourites, The Seven Inches leave their electric guitars and do things a little bit more gently than usual, expect pointless percussion instruments, melodicas and dancing (as usual).
