yes i need a lodger for my house in LS9.
Rent 180 pounds a month, which includes council tax and water rates (but not leccy and gas.)
Benefits: attractively decorated, thick walls, large bedroom, large bathroom and living room too, washing machine, backyard, on several bus routes, half an hour from the city centre.
Would suit: luddites who don't require things like microwaves and showers, people who like colourfully painted walls, people who would rather have games, musical "happenings" and dinner pakhties in the living room rather than watch TV (of which there is none), people who fancy getting involved in the annual solstice feast of wonderment, people who don't mind having songs written about them.
Though i might just compromise a bit on one or two of these
points.
