I found this wonderful book that talk about all sorts of information about dyslexia. It was recommended to me by a teacher who is also a close friend and she is a professional in the field of all sorts of education, even special education, and dealing with disabilities LD dyslexia. Here in Hawaii there is a school, a private school, that deals with people who have all sorts of special needs and she has been a teacher there and has trained several people in the department of education here. She recommended this book to me as a professional and as a friend. I found out after struggling through half the book that there is also a cd of the book that might make it easier to fallow along. It is called

Overcoming Dyslexia: A New and Complete Science-Based Program for Reading Problems at Any Level
By SALLY MD SHAYWITZ

This book has helped me with understanding my disability and I would like to share it with the world if I could. So I recommend it to you.
