Hi Claire, I felt the same, When i started Unie i could never keep up, always forgetting what i had read, writing things down and then not be able to read them back to my self, reading used to make me feel sick (black letters on white paper. I was diagnosed with Meares Irlen Syndrome as well as dyslexia, i was then given an overlay test which helped with my reading, tutors where told to when handing out information to have it printed on purple paper for me. Then i got tinted glasses in the same colour.. naw i can keep up with reading and witing and can consentrate in lectures. Its fab!! also you could always invest in a dictorphone - to recored your leasons, then you can play it back to your self if you cant remember any information.. that always helps. Hope this is of some use to you, and good luck with your studying! also ask for help, there are people that can surport you, i graduate this year, I got my self a 1st (BA Hons), so if i can do it any dyslexic person can... x All the best, Ffai(UK)P.S sorry about the spelligs.. hee hee
