Slowly, they step into the house. Kat's head turns in all directions to take it in. Miranda sets down the bag that was slung over her shoulder and brushed a loose strand of her blond and brown hair from her face as she looked around. Iggy, a small border collie puppy, wriggled in Kat's arm. The three year old silenced him gently, Hush, Iggy... Kat whispered. Miranda ruffled her hair and kept looking around curiously.
