 It is because of people like u the reason we have the word idiot. i imagine you must also be a miserable person. i draw this conclusion because of your worthless replies. what makes you so sure YOU are right. do YOU have proof nothing outside of YOU exist? Christians have several thousand's of years worth of documentation. do you really truly believe in your heart of hearts that somebody thousands of years ago just decided to use their imagination and 'invent' this grand tale. do you really believe that if there wasn't a hint of truth that this thing called religion would exist for so many thousands of years? i guess you also believe we evolved from apes....if that is the case why do apes still exist. to evolve is to change over time. but that old monkey is still hanging around! face it- the bible is a part of our history. but then again why don't we just burn all the history books in our schools. somebody could've just made it all up. i agree with the fact that there are a lot of nuts out there that give religion a bad name, but there are also a lot of nut cases that give non believers a bad name. basing your claim on the fact that hitler was a Christian was beyond stupidity! to be an atheist is to believe that there is no greater purpose for our existence fine. if that is your theory more power to you but, religion tends to give people comfort and hope. have you ever lost a child? do u not realize that to grieve over the loss of a child is death itself. to believe that your child is being comforted in the arms of Christ until you meet again is what keeps some people sane. i am not telling you to believe in god. why i picked you to represent my thoughts is beyond me. i have never posted in any forum. somehow you struck a chord. i imagine that on your deathbed you will wonder, could god exist, and if so will he forgive me for not believing in him? the answer i believe is yes he will. he sacrificed his son so people like you can have a second chance. I have faith in that! to have faith is to believe in something without proof. despite your replies i imagine you are just searching for the truth. i pity u your inner turmoil...i have been there! i do hope for your sake at the end of your life you find some inner peace. what proof do i have that god exist? the only proof i need ---my faith!
