TeamBath FC mascot is Miss International World
Thursday 05 August 2004
Bath-based beauty queen Hannah Lewis has won the prestigious Miss International World title in the USA.

The 22-year-old got into shape for her title bid by training three times a week at the Fitness Suite at the University of Bath's Sports Training Village.

And she beat about 25 of the world's most beautiful women in the contest in Atlanta to add the Miss International World title to her Miss Bath, Miss Scotland and Miss Great Britain International World titles.

As well as training in the Fitness Suite, Hannah swam in the 50m pool and used the hydrotherapy pool and sauna at the Sports Training Village to prepare for the biggest competition of her life.

Hannah is also TeamBath FC's club mascot for the 2004/5 season. The team kick-off their first campaign in the Southern Football League Premier Division with a home match against King's Lynn at the Sports Training Village on Saturday 14th August 2004, kick-off 3pm.

Sports facilities at the Sports Training Village include 25m and 50m pools, eight indoor tennis courts, a 400m athletics track, a multi-purpose sports hall and a judo dojo, and all are open to members of the public.

Further information on the sports facilities at the University of Bath are available by calling 01225 386339 or by logging on to the TeamBath website at www.teambath.com
