Subject: Miss United States Junior Teen

Hi Everyone,
I just wanted to drop a note and let you know what I have been up to...After the crowning I headed to the mountains. No, I really did. I took a few days vacation and then got back in the swing of things. The local paper ran an article announcing my winning and the local magazine I write for ran an article too. I have made several appearances in my community and everyone is so excited for me. I was asked to ride in the Labor Day Parade and then crown the winners of the Labor Day Pageant. (that was the first pageant I ever won :)). I also appeared on the Jerry Lewis Telethon on Sunday evening. The excitement came the day before my 15th birthday when a freak accident happened and I broke my nose. I spent a couple days as a couch potatoe while the black eyes faded. I am heading to Clay Spann for a photo shoot in a couple weeks. Then I will be making appearances at two Fall Festivals, and I will be a celebrity reader at a childcare center. I am looking forward to making the trip with Ms Bobbie and Tiffany to Denmark in December. And, then I will be going on a cruise for Christmas. I would love to hear from everyone else. Is your director paying for your trip to Denmark? Is it an appearance? That is cool if she is. I am tired of doing systems that don't pay appearance expenses.
