Subject: Greetings from Accra, Ghana, West Africa

Greetings from the Model of the Universe, Accra, Ghana, West Africa. Thought all of you would enjoy an update of our trip. Ashley Avis, the United States representative for Model of the Universe, was met by the Minister of Tourism, Minister of Immagrations, Newspaper, Television reports and various other press. She was taken immediately to the VIP lounge while our luggage was being collected. She was interview for live television news. We had a three car escort to the Hotel.

The World contestants are amazing. All are models. Beautiful. Ashley and Great Britian have been close friends and Hannah, Miss Great Britian will be traveling back to London with us for a few days. Miss Nigeria is Ashley's room mate. Very stunning young woman. We have invited Miss Epthiopia and Miss Ghana to sit on our prestigious panel of judges for the 2004 National competition. Miss Epthiopia judges numerous world competition and is an accomplished designer. Miss Ghana is the Ambassador for her country and a striking model. 6' 3" tall and very beautiful.

Ashley received a welcome fax from home. Thank you Tina Berry (Miss United States Teen) it was great to know we were being thought of.

I must say, this has been an awesome experience. I personally will have a new appreciate for the many things I take for granted on a daily basis at home. These things are luxuries for the people in Ghana.

I will have so much to tell everyone when I return home. Also, internet service is not always reliable, but I will try to send updates and hope they make it to the States. I would like to ask Tina, to copy this and send to the PerfectProductionPageant email group.
