Subject: Southwest Prelim Date Confirmed

I am pleased to announce the Southwest Preliminary has been scheduled for June 19, 2004 in Dallas, Texas. It will be a one-day event held at the Embassy Suites, 3880 W. Northwest Highway, Dallas, TX.

The entry fee for each division will be $200.00 and Optional Photogenic will be $25.00. Divisional winners will receive, among numerous gifts, their $650.00 fee paid to Nationals to be held in Atlanta, GA in July, 2004.

Competition will consist of:
Personality Interview
Physical Fitness
Evening Wear

For those needing overnight accomodations, I was able to reserve a block of rooms at the discounted rate of $74.00 per night. You MUST reserve your room by June 8, 2004 to receive the discounted rate.
