Most of the Junior Teen contestants so far this year seem to be 13 & 14 years of age. Currently there are no contestants who are 19 years old competing in the Teen division. I think the oldest teen contestants are 18. I think you will do just fine. The contestants are not compared to other contestants in their division regarding age. Each contestant is judged individually. I would encourage you to participate. What state are your from?

Hi,

I understand what you are saying. I too will be competing in Georgia in July for the teen division and I am 15 years old as of this year. I had the same doubts you had in the begining, but now I am 100% confident that 15 year olds have a fare chance. After all wouldn't the pageant directors have made a different age catogory if they felt fifteen year olds did not have a chance at winning. So to answer your question, "yes" I do feel us fifteen year olds can compete and win. I believe it all depends on the judges and the girl's attitude that day, that determine the winner. Remember your only limits in life are your own. So reach for the sky and you can accomplish all that comes your way. I hope I have been of some help to you and I hope to see you at the pageant.
