Subject: Easter

Almost Easter! Hope the Easter Bunny finds you, way over there in New Zealand. We had an Easter Brunch at our house today. It was tres, tres, yummy. Karen and Autumn made yummy Brie/Pear Quesadillas, and a salad with pecans which was also very yummy. I made little crepe thingys, with mushrooms, green onions, eggs - sort of a combo crepe/quiche, cause I put the crepe into a muffin tin, and then filled it. Also, tasty raspberry/lemon muffins which Dad made. Liam was a great hit, as usual - such a cutiepie he is!

Looking forward to hearing all about Abel Tasman Park adventure!
